Barbara Marshall

Vice President of Human Resources & Payroll

Ms. Marshall provides supervision and management of the AUS Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Billing departments, as well as additional duties within Human Resources. She oversees and participates in the filing of payroll taxes, tax return information (W-2 processing, 1099’s), accounts payable, and the implementation of employment & tax law changes encompassing over twenty-two states. Ms. Marshall also ensures that AUS’ Employee benefits and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) are well-maintained to properly service every AUS employee. To this end, she administers 401(k) notifications, and testing measures of both the 401(k) and ESOP programs to assure the compliance of such programs.

Ms. Marshall has been a long-time member of the AUS family – and payroll, especially. She began within our Company as a payroll & accounts payable clerk in 1979 – nothingwent unaccounted for. She has worked with seven to eleven companies within her time at AUS – witnessing the developments and changes to our portfolio. Ms. Marshall also worked to build systemized, computerized accounting & payroll during a digital transition. Her thirty-five years of experience at AUS helped build the Company’s foundation, and she continues to maintain it.

Ms. Marshall has extensive background in payroll and administrative duties. She started finessing her skills with fifteen years of payroll processing and clerical work prior to her AUS entrance, with companies including Suckle Corp. and A. Ponick.
