AUS enables* its employees to share in its value through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As you become vested* in the plan, you and your fellow colleagues/shareholders participate in the long-term value of our company, which has been around since 1967.

Company stock value is appraised by an independent external appraiser, where company and financial markets performance are some of the variables affecting stock value. ESOP participants receives an yearly report of the plan’s performance.
