  • Employee Ownership

At AUS, we know that living isn’t all about work. You may have a family, a social presence, hobbies and disciplines, or a lifestyle that extends beyond the office… And to this understanding, we provide our employees with a competitive, comprehensive suite of benefits to help maintain your balance. We want to ensure that you are able to  keep your eyes focused on both personal growth and professional development. AUS offers programs to meet your needs, including health and wellness, educational assistance, insurance, employee ownership (ESOP), and more.

Beyond this, we want to give you a place – and room – to grow. You can expect to work within small teams with higher levels of autonomy, and enjoy the security of being backed by a larger corporate entity. AUS ensures that regardless of where you are, or what you choose to do within the companies, you (and your team) are provided for.

While health and well-being is very important for effectiveness and individual positivity, AUS seeks to go further than these benefits. We recognize that social development is an important asset for developing a culture within the workplace. Our offices sponsor several events, and occasions, to support internal team-building and [especially] to have fun! These can vary from line-dancing, meditation, lunch-hour trail walks, video-game competitions, “Cotton-Ball Basketball” tournament, and holiday parties. We’re always looking for new ways to build up our teams’ morale and have a good time.

AUS offers many competitive benefits to support our employees. These include:

  • Four options for medical benefits
  • HSA, and FSA, medical savings plan
  • Vision plan
  • Two options for dental plans
  • Company provided life insurance and short-term disability
  • Voluntary programs for supplemental disability and life insurance
  • Various voluntary programs through Aflac
  • Educational Assistance Program

AUS enables* its employees to share in its value through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As you become vested* in the plan, you and your fellow colleagues/shareholders participate in the long-term value of our company, which has been around since 1967.

Company stock value is appraised by an independent external appraiser, where company and financial markets performance are some of the variables affecting stock value. ESOP participants receives an yearly report of the plan’s performance.

For additional questions about our ESOP plan, please ask one of our HR representative or send an email to hr@ausinc.com.

* Disclaimer: Not all employees will qualify. Please ask one of our HR representatives any questions related to the qualification process and vesting periods.
