Our offices sponsor and participate in various events to support internal team-building and [especially] to have fun! These can vary from line-dancing, meditation, lunch-hour trail walks, video-game competitions, and holiday parties. We’re always looking for new ways to build up our teams’ morale and have a good time.

Employee Share

AUS employees can create and share in the company’s value through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As you become vested* in the plan, you and your fellow colleagues/shareholders participate in the long-term value of our company, which has been around since 1967.
